Standards for responsible, lawful, and respectful use of the Kurspad platform by all users and institutions.

Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of Kurspad's learning management platform, website, applications, software, artificial intelligence tools, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

This Policy applies to all users, including educational institutions, administrators, educators, trainers, students, parents, guardians, contractors, and any other individuals accessing the Services.

By using Kurspad, you agree to comply with this Policy and all applicable laws and regulations.

Purpose

Kurspad is designed to support learning, education, training, communication, and academic administration.

Users must use the Services responsibly, lawfully, and in a manner that respects the rights, safety, privacy, and educational experience of others.

Permitted Use

Users may use Kurspad for legitimate educational, academic, training, administrative, and organizational purposes, including:

  • Delivering courses and educational content
  • Participating in learning activities
  • Completing assignments and assessments
  • Managing educational records
  • Collaborating with authorized users
  • Communicating within educational environments
  • Using approved AI-powered learning tools
  • Accessing resources provided by authorized institutions

Prohibited Activities

Users may not use Kurspad to engage in activities that are illegal, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, disruptive, or otherwise inconsistent with educational purposes.

The categories below describe specific prohibited conduct. This list is illustrative, not exhaustive.

Illegal Activities

Users must not:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations
  • Promote illegal activities
  • Facilitate criminal conduct
  • Distribute unlawful materials
  • Engage in fraud or deception
  • Infringe intellectual property rights

Harmful Content

Users must not upload, create, share, transmit, or distribute content that:

  • Promotes violence or threats
  • Encourages dangerous activities
  • Contains hate speech
  • Harasses or intimidates individuals
  • Targets individuals based on protected characteristics
  • Promotes discrimination
  • Contains unlawful content
  • Violates privacy rights

Child Safety

Because Kurspad may be used by minors, users must not:

  • Exploit or endanger children
  • Share inappropriate content involving minors
  • Solicit personal information from minors without authorization
  • Engage in grooming behaviors
  • Circumvent child protection measures
  • Use the platform in ways that may place minors at risk

Any suspected child safety violations may result in immediate account suspension and reporting to appropriate authorities where required.

Harassment and Abuse

Users must not:

  • Bully or harass others
  • Threaten individuals
  • Engage in abusive conduct
  • Impersonate others
  • Intentionally disrupt learning environments
  • Create hostile educational environments

Educational institutions remain responsible for enforcing their own conduct standards in addition to this Policy.

Academic Misconduct

Users must not use Kurspad to:

  • Facilitate cheating
  • Distribute unauthorized examination materials
  • Falsify academic records
  • Misrepresent assessment results
  • Submit work on behalf of another individual without authorization
  • Circumvent academic integrity requirements established by institutions

Institutions are responsible for determining academic misconduct and enforcing their academic policies.

Artificial Intelligence Usage

Kurspad may provide AI-powered features to support learning and productivity. Users may not use AI features to:

  • Generate harmful content
  • Create fraudulent academic submissions
  • Impersonate others
  • Produce misleading information for deceptive purposes
  • Circumvent institutional policies
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Generate content intended to harass or abuse others

Institutions may establish additional rules governing AI usage within their environments.

Security Violations

Users must not:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Circumvent security controls
  • Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without authorization
  • Interfere with platform operations
  • Access accounts belonging to others
  • Use stolen credentials
  • Deploy malicious software
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or ransomware
  • Engage in denial of service activities
  • Exploit software vulnerabilities

Any attempt to compromise platform security may result in immediate suspension and legal action where appropriate.

Privacy Violations

Users must not:

  • Access information without authorization
  • Share confidential educational records improperly
  • Collect personal information without permission
  • Disclose protected information unlawfully
  • Circumvent privacy controls

Users are expected to respect the privacy rights of students, educators, parents, and institutions.

Spam and Unwanted Communications

Users may not:

  • Send spam messages
  • Conduct unauthorized advertising
  • Distribute chain messages
  • Engage in phishing
  • Send misleading communications
  • Use the Services for unsolicited commercial activity

Institution-approved educational communications are permitted.

System Abuse

Users must not:

  • Excessively consume system resources
  • Attempt to overload services
  • Disrupt platform performance
  • Interfere with other users
  • Use automated systems in ways that negatively affect platform stability

Authorized integrations and approved automation tools may be used where permitted by Kurspad.

Reporting Violations

Users who become aware of violations of this Policy should report them promptly. Reports may be submitted to:

Kurspad will review reports and take appropriate action where necessary.

Enforcement

Kurspad may investigate suspected violations of this Policy. Actions may include:

  • Warning notices
  • Content removal
  • Temporary account suspension
  • Permanent account termination
  • Restriction of platform features
  • Reporting to educational institutions
  • Reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required

Kurspad reserves the right to take any action reasonably necessary to protect users, institutions, and the platform.

Institutional Responsibilities

Institutions using Kurspad are responsible for:

  • Managing user access
  • Communicating acceptable use requirements
  • Enforcing institutional conduct policies
  • Responding to academic misconduct
  • Maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Institution policies may impose additional restrictions beyond this Policy.

Changes to This Policy

Kurspad may update this Acceptable Use Policy periodically. Updated versions will be published on the platform or website and become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any revised Policy.
